We are looking for a

Digital Content Manager.

This is a direct hire opportunity based out of Santa Ana, CA (Onsite).

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and brings proven expertise in digital content creation, social media management, and performance measurement. This individual will help advance the client's brand presence, foster customer engagement, and drive measurable growth.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in digital content management, social media strategy, and campaign execution. Strong understanding of digital tools, social media, CRM, marketing automation, SEO, paid media, and analytics platforms. Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS), DAM platforms, and social media scheduling tools. Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling. Demonstrated ability to use insights and analytics to guide decision-making and improve content effectiveness. Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across teams and functions. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Content Development:

Serve as primary lead for social media planning, inclusive of objectives, strategies, executions, and analytics. Develop and manage the client's social media content calendar across multiple platforms. Collaborate within the Marketing Team in addition to external teams to create, schedule, and optimize posts, videos, and campaigns. Monitor and engage with audiences by managing responses, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Analyze performance metrics to track effectiveness and continuously improve engagement strategies. Create and manage paid social media campaigns, at times independently and at times with external agency partners. Create landing page environments as needed for campaigns. Develop, edit, and repurpose content across various formats (web, email, social, video, landing pages, internal platforms). Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital touchpoints. Content & Digital Asset Management. Own and manage the client's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility. Maintain version control of digital assets, including product designs, marketing collateral, and creative files. Internal Communications & Digital Product Support:

Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver internal content such as product rollouts, feature updates, and training/tutorial materials. Support digital adoption by producing clear, engaging, and instructional content. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure internal messaging aligns with broader business objectives. Campaign Strategy & Measurement:

Plan and execute digital campaigns, aligning with the client's overall marketing strategy. Measure and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI. Leverage analytics tools to refine content strategies and enhance customer conversion. Continuous Learning & Innovation:

Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and social marketing best practices. Test new tactics and technologies to enhance social marketing performance and customer engagement.

Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $75,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
