Associate Director, Medical Information, Payer and Health Systems Titusville, New Jersey, United States Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) is recruiting for an Associate Director, Medical Information, Payer and Health Systems to be located in Titusville, NJ. This role leads the strategy for development and dissemination of Medical Information scientific content and materials to payers, healthcare intermediaries and health systems across the oncology portfolio of J&J IM products. Responsible for quantitative and qualitative payer content related success criteria, reports and metrics. Responsibilities
Payer Scientific Content and Materials 70% Lead development and timely dissemination of tailored, evidence-based scientific materials for oncology products Lead development of AMCP approved products and pre-approval dossiers, Medicaid formulary requests, and custom requests with Medical Affairs and RW V&E therapeutic area leads Shape and develop Payer Digital Assets with Med Info CSI-Digital partners Lead development and dissemination of scientific information to NCCN guidelines/compendia/clinical pathway developers Collaborate with RW V&E Field and Medical Affairs teams to respond to unsolicited Medical Information Requests from Payers and Health Systems Support content for Clinical Decision Resource Organizations (CDRO) with partner teams Serve as medical reviewer for SCG copy approval committee for oncology assets Coordinate corrections of third-party information and Medicaid testimonies Engage with drug compendia and evaluate strategies for compendia interactions Ensure high-quality, efficiently delivered payer scientific content by vendors; provide real-time feedback and first-line scientific review as needed Voice of Customer and Metrics 20% Leverage customer insights to enhance development of Payer and Health Systems materials Projects and Research 10% Participate in ad-hoc projects and benchmark research on the payer and healthcare intermediaries landscape Qualifications
Advanced Degree required: PharmD or PhD Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Medical Information or Health Economics and Outcomes Research Experience with NCCN and Clinical Pathway policies, submission processes, and manufacturer engagement Strong knowledge of Medical Information processes, medical writing, and clinical response creation Expertise in healthcare industry knowledge across multiple therapeutic areas Leadership, collaboration in a matrix environment, influencing and communication skills HTA understanding or product value assessment experience is preferred Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems and payers (managed care and public sector) is preferred Customer focus and ability to deliver excellent customer service Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base pay range is 137000-235750 USD.
