is seeking a
Central Region Sales Manager - Structural Steel Solutions
to join our client, a leading provider of structural steel connection products, including innovative solutions such as BeamClamp, BoxBolt, and other engineered fastening systems.
Type:
Direct Hire Schedule:
100% remote with 30-40% travel across the Central Region (preferred locations: Detroit, Chicago, San Antonio, Dallas, or Houston) Salary:
$80,000-$85,000 base plus commission
Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth:
Manage and increase sales across the Central Region, meeting or exceeding targets. Account Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, contractors, engineers, and fabricators. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand and diversify the customer base. Technical Support:
Provide guidance, product recommendations, and solutions for customer projects. Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement regional strategies to increase product adoption and market share. Collaboration:
Work with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to provide tailored solutions. Customer Engagement:
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions. Brand Promotion:
Attend trade shows, regional events, and customer sites to showcase LNA solutions. Pipeline Management:
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of
successful outside sales or territory management experience , ideally in B2B or industrial sales.
• Proven track record of
new business development, account management, and revenue growth .
