We invite you to embark on a journey into the healthcare field as a Nursing Assistant Trainee. This is a paid training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a Certified Nursing Assistant upon completion and successful examination.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training programs to familiarize yourself with healthcare standards and best practices.
  • Acquire and apply fundamental nursing skills under experienced supervision.
  • Assist our nursing team in daily resident care activities.
  • Support residents in their daily living tasks, including personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents' well-being and comfort.
