The Position:
In this role, you will lead soccer classes for preschool-aged children, focusing on basic skills such as dribbling, passing, and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive format. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, have experience working with young children, and possess a genuine passion for teaching bright young minds. Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage each child's development and confidence. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that prioritizes fun and safety. Engage with parents and provide updates on their child's progress and experiences. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continuously improve coaching skills. Our instructors can work between 3-15 classes per week and earn between $20 and $40 per hour.
Requirements
Passion for working with children and a love for sports. Positive and engaging personality that inspires young athletes. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with parents and children. Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation to various class locations. Ability to set up and prepare the class environment before sessions. No prior soccer experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential. Availability on weekdays, particularly Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Benefits
