Marketing Analytics Manager
to lead our North American analytics efforts. This role is crucial in driving data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will partner in understanding business performance, optimizing campaigns, and supporting growth in North America. The role is based at our HQ in Brea (3 days in the office). Responsibilities Drive Campaign and Business Analytics & Insights:
Develop and execute analytics frameworks to evaluate marketing and business initiatives, identify KPIs, create dashboards, analyze data, and generate insights for improvement. Partner with Sales Operations on Segmentation:
Collaborate to develop customer segmentation strategies, analyze behaviors, and inform targeted marketing and sales efforts. Develop predictive models for customer behavior (e.g., churn, lead scoring). Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across departments. Ensure data quality and integrity within analytics systems. Contribute to data governance policies. Work with data warehousing and engineering teams to optimize infrastructure.
Qualifications Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related; Masters preferred. 5+ years in analytics, with focus on Marketing and Sales analytics. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, CRM systems. Experience in campaign analysis, reporting, and deriving insights. Strong understanding of customer segmentation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience in orthodontic/dental or medical device categories is highly preferred.
Additional Details
Salary Range: $78,800 - $118,200. Compensation considers location, skills, experience, and organizational needs. Benefits may include bonuses, medical/dental/vision, 401K match, among others.
