Essential Job Duties The Temporary E-Learning Developer will be responsible for the development of an adaptive multimedia e-learning curriculum on Food Safety Auditing and Inspections using Articulate Storyline.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers (IDs) to design and develop interactive e-learning modules (approximately 20 minutes each). Independently design and develop learning experiences, including scripting, content structuring, and media integration. Respond to change requests as needed throughout the development process. Conduct troubleshooting and quality assurance testing to ensure optimal performance and a positive learner experience. Provide training and documentation for current and future project designers and developers. Publish and test SCORM packages on Moodle or other learning management systems (LMS). Support integration and launch of the final curriculum on Absorb LMS.

Minimum Experience/Education Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology or related field 2+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or educational technology

Articulate 360 - Storyline: intermediate to advanced experience (portofolio/samples of elearning using Articulate) Google suite, Microsoft Office or similar software
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
ChatGPT or other artificial intelligence tools Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing software HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery (for customization and troubleshooting) Learning Management Systems (LMS), including Absorb, with SCORM/xAPI compatibility Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) programs such as FileZilla or WinSCP for transferring files to FBNS private server Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
