Job Summary Responsible for the development, production release, and support of power management integrated circuits (IC) products. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Lead the development and production of power management ICs, with extensive experience in wafer fabrication, assembly, qualification, and ATE testing. Manage a cross-functional team including design, applications, marketing, quality, reliability, and test engineers to bring new products from development through to market release. Establish effective communication and credibility within the team to ensure timely product releases. Coordinate with CQE, QRE, and internal/external fabrication and testing sites to improve yields, analyze low-yield lots, verify customer returns, and implement corrective actions for quality and reliability improvements during production. Travel up to 25% as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields with relevant semiconductor industry experience (minimum 10 years). Strong interpersonal, team-building, and project management skills; experience in program management is advantageous. Hands-on experience with semiconductor IC qualifications, development flow, and ATE testing. Deep understanding of power management ICs and ATE data analysis. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
