Job Responsibilities Manage and maintain client relationships by earning trust, understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing solutions, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Generate business results by acquiring new assets from existing clients and new client acquisition. Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs. Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise when needed. Connect clients across all lines of business within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Ensure proposed solutions meet clients' short, medium, and long-term needs through holistic, goal-based planning. Adhere strictly to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Six+ years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services. Bachelor's Degree required. Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days. Proven sales success and strong business acumen. Strong community presence and an established network. Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts. Client-focused approach and dedication to client service. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Proactive, initiative-taker, and critical thinker. MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach. In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate. Denver, CO: $170,000 - $250,000 per year
