Marketing Coordinator Lead , you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. Our Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk location in Escondido, CA is looking for a Lead Marketing Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team! Schedule:
Full-time/5 days per week, must be open to work on weekends, hours can range between 7am and 9pm Where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled. Providing feedback to managers regarding individual performances and recommending additional training if needed. Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations. Providing the highest level of service to exceed sales and volume goals. Ensuring all Owners and guests attending sales presentations meet eligibility requirements and are receptive to learning about products and services. Using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs. Interacting professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests. Contributing to team goals. Following company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Marketing Coordinator Lead: Highly motivated candidates with sales or customer service experience who enjoy interacting with guests. Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Experience in concierge, telemarketing, and/or sales preferred. Ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stand or sit for extended periods. Position may require background and drug screening per company policy and legal requirements.
