Job Summary
This position is responsible for the secure, stable, and reliable operation of HCSC's Intelligent Automation platform, including UiPath, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform, and associated technologies. The role leads the Intelligent Automation Operations group and manages the entire platform lifecyclecovering availability, governance, compliance, and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud/SaaS environments. It involves developing and executing the long-term platform strategy and roadmap, in alignment with enterprise architecture, automation goals, and innovation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with Infrastructure, Information Security, Responsible AI, Risk & Compliance, and Product Engineering teams to maintain an audit-ready, secure, and scalable automation environment. The role manages a team of Systems Analysts. Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of IT experience OR 11 years of IT experience. 3 years of management experience. Experience in application development platforms and languages (HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.Net, Ruby, C#). Experience with cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS). Experience with DevOps, continuous deployment, and integration tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, RallyDev, Jira). Experience with integration technologies (Tibco, Informatica, CAS). Experience in agile and scrum development methodologies. Knowledge of product-specific application architecture and solution architecture. Ability to integrate solutions across systems. Application domain knowledge. Program and project management skills. Strong influencing and prioritization skills. Adaptability, creativity, leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Preferred Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience managing UiPath environments and governance models. Familiarity with security controls, Responsible AI practices, or model governance. ITIL Foundation Certification or proficiency in ITIL processes. Experience with automation platforms like UiPath. Experience within regulated frameworks such as HIPAA or SOX. Knowledge of automation observability and performance monitoring tools. Proven ability to define and execute platform roadmaps and strategic plans. Ability to influence in a highly matrixed organization without direct authority.
