OB Hospitalist in Corpus Christi, Texas. 24-hour shifts Performs deliveries and inpatient rounding No clinic responsibilities No patient phone calls The L&D unit offers a balance of kindness and patient safety Positive collaboration with Critical Care and Emergency teams First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians Robust backup call system Collaboration with MFM and neonatology providers Providing emergency, unassigned, OBED care, call coverage, and transport management Dynamic opportunity for the right candidate Spanish speaking is a plus Incentives/Benefits: Guaranteed hourly rate Employment through hospital (501.a) Malpractice coverage Texas has tort reform and no state income tax About Corpus Christi Medical Center: Corpus Christi Medical Center has been providing exceptional care as a regional acute care center for over 30 years. It is a 4-hospital system licensed for 631 beds, currently operating with 421 beds.
