Solution Architect

Job Description We are hiring a Solution Architect with 3 to 10 years of experience in solution design and application architecture. The role involves leading architecture for cloud-native applications supporting financial supervision platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive architecture alignment, development quality, and system scalability. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business teams and product owners to design solution architectures. Govern solution implementation to ensure alignment with design. Guide development teams, support technical problem-solving, and perform code reviews. Promote cloud-native practices like TDD, CI/CD automation, and DevSecOps. Assist QA in automation testing and address technical challenges. Work with infrastructure, security, and enterprise teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment. Develop prototypes for exploratory initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3–10 years of experience in application development, design, and business analysis. Strong understanding of architecture and integration patterns. Proficient in .NET, Java, React.js, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB. Experience with containers, microservices, Agile/Scrum methodology. Familiar with OAuth2/OpenID Connect. Experience in AWS cloud design and development; AWS certification preferred. Understanding of SRE, service management, and cloud platform compliance. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Self-motivated and collaborative mindset.
