Downtown/Raffles Place 1 Year Recruitment Coordinator (Regional Team) 8.30am – 5pm (Mon - Fri) Up to $5,000 (no completion bonus) 1st month fully onsite Thereafter may have hybrid arrangement depending on hiring manager (HR team usually 4 days in office) Recruitment Coordination Assist in the recruitment of roles across various banking functions Coordinate job postings on internal and external platforms, including banking-specific recruitment portals. Candidate Management Schedule and manage interviews for candidates, ensuring alignment with hiring managers’ availability. Act as the primary contact for candidates during the recruitment process, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries. Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation for selected candidates. Administrative Support Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HR database. Manage job advertisements on banking-specific job boards, social media, and the company’s careers page. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence Ensure all recruitment practices comply with banking regulations, labor laws, and internal policies. Verify candidate credentials and certifications, ensuring alignment with banking industry standards. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and organizational information.
