Positive work/life balance Serve rural/underserved populations Competitive pay and benefits package Opportunities for job advancement and on-the-job training Requirements: 2-year/Associate Degree in Nursing or other medical field from an accredited school (preferred) Bachelor’s Degree (or actively pursuing) in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related healthcare field (preferred) Minimum of ten (10) years of direct patient care experience, including supervisory experience Equivalent education and experience may be considered BLS Certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association Registered Nurse (RN) with current NC license (if applicable) Clean driving record, current NC driver’s license, and approval for driving privileges Responsibilities: Responsible for daily operations at the Four Oaks Multi Specialty Clinic, overseeing Medical, OB, FP, Peds, Dental, BHS, and Lab services. Accountable for high patient access, Eagle Excellence, and providing clinical and operational leadership.
