to help build sustainable advantages through the supply chain. The Cloud Sourcing, Spares, Sustainability & Security (CS4) organization within CSCP manages sourcing and supply of IT hardware for data centers. Well-defined and executed sourcing and supply chain management ensure reliable on-time performance, optimized costs, prevent urgent and unplanned investments, and provide accurate and timely information across the supply base and internally across the infrastructure organization. Manage and lead the team responsible for 3PL relationship, performance, and strategy. Define and implement our overall supply management strategy
to ensure material availability, mitigate E&O risk, and provide clear visibility into material status. Coordinate internally with engineering, sourcing, and supply planning to align terms, processes, and tooling with Microsoft requirements. Negotiate favorable terms supporting CSCP goals. Manage supplier performance and compliance by developing and enabling new suppliers, and analyzing the financial health of the supplier ecosystem to support partnership decisions. Define and manage metrics to ensure team meets deliverables and service level requirements for demand fulfillment. Other duties include embodying our culture and values.
