We are actively partnering with a well-established, forward-thinking title agency to identify a

Vice President of Sales

with a strong background in business development and an

existing book of business

in one or more of the following states:

DC, FL, KY, MD, PA, TN, or VA . This individual will play a key role in expanding the agency’s footprint by leveraging established relationships and delivering exceptional service throughout the settlement process. About the Company Founded in 2005, this organization has been a technology pioneer in the title space, from cloud-based operations to remote workforce implementation.

Headquartered in Maryland with team members working remotely across seven states.

Licensed in

11 states : AL, DC, FL, KY, MD, NC, PA, SC, TN, VA, and WV.

Handles both

residential and commercial closings , supported by a skilled processing team.

Utilizes

Qualia

for transaction management,

Closinglock.com

for wire verification, and

Zoccam

for earnest money deposits.

Key Responsibilities Drive business growth through personal network and referral sources.

Conduct and manage real estate closings, acting as the central point of contact for clients and lenders.

Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and all involved parties to ensure smooth, timely closings.

Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and marketing opportunities.

Consistently target and close

15–30 transactions per month .

Ideal Candidate Profile Brings an established pipeline of clients and referral partners.

Comfortable conducting closings and managing client interactions.

May process own files but is

not required

to do so—dedicated processing support is available.

Motivated by strong earning potential and a high-performance environment.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $70K–$80K

plus a generous commission structure: ~ $18K/month

for 15 closings

~ $24K/month

for 20 closings
