Signature Aviations Global Infrastructure Operations Team has a great opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and make significant contributions to secure, build, operate, and maintain enterprise-level, distributed, fault-tolerant, and highly reliable systems.
The DevOps Engineer will work with a talented team to develop, deliver, and maintain infrastructure solutions, as well as custom applications. The right candidate will work on a team solving high-priority challenges supporting various custom applications and enterprise systems.
Qualifications
Familiarity with information security frameworks and standards Knowledge of DevOps Automation (Terraform, ARM templates, GitHub, GitHub Actions) Familiarity with API Security, Container Security, Azure Cloud Security Understanding and guiding Azure pricing for App Service plans, functions, APIs, and associated components Experience in Azure DevOps Agile/Kanban practices Familiarity with scripting languages like VBScript, PowerShell Ability to automate daily operations through scripting In-depth knowledge of Azure App Services (Web Apps, Container Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus) Working knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) General knowledge of Azure networking, security, IaaS, and PaaS services Guide Azure services deployment and resource optimization for cost-effectiveness and scalability Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during and after deployment Stay updated with Azure advancements and industry trends Experience supporting large-scale middleware infrastructure with understanding of SDLC Experience with project management and workflow tools like Agile, Jira, Azure DevOps Experience with Linux servers Ability to troubleshoot OS, Network, Database issues outside middleware Experience with ServiceNow and Jira for ticketing and change management Security Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or others Auditing and Compliance Certifications like CISA, PCI-ISA, PCIP Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to work in complex environments with a focus on customer service Responsibilities
Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes Create and implement solutions for infrastructure and security needs Design and implement CI/CD automation solutions Develop automation and system integration for build platforms Ensure uptime and response time SLAs/OLAs are met Participate in bridge calls to address problems proactively Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the DevOps domain Align with SDLC processes and industry-standard service management principles (ITIL)
