Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect & Integration Specialist

Job DescriptionJob Description Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect & Integration Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem-including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ-as well as advanced skills in system integration using APIs and third-party platforms. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce architecture. Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom development using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. Build and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and platforms such as QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, and third-party ERPs using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Pardot. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants. Perform system analysis, code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning for ongoing implementations. Manage deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and data migration efforts in a multi-org environment. Conduct client-facing demos, training sessions, and technical workshops as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's ). Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect, Developer, or Consultant. Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Marketing Cloud Consultant , or equivalent. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with financial systems, e-commerce platforms, and external APIs. Deep understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous operations. Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Gearset, Copado, or similar. Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
