Enhance the guest experience while in the fitness center. Ensure the equipment is in safe and operating correctly. Greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices. Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center. Have knowledge of the fitness area and the resort/hotel. Ensure policies are followed in all point-of-sale operations. Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest. Help to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite right. Work closely with the team to ensure the retail store is kept clean and organized. Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information. Qualifications:

Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service. Strong desire to make an impact on other people. Outgoing and engaging personality. Strong computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting. The compensation for this position is $17.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
