Insight Global's fortune 50 client is seeking an AI Customer Success Manager to come join their organization. This resource will be operating as a community manager helping manage an internal AI chat box software powered by multiple LLMS and providing a very similar functionality to ChatGPT enterprise or CoPilot but at scale and with data privacy. This software will be utilized by over 50k internal employees. Understanding of of AI/ChatBox/ML software is required. Responsibilities include: - Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure rapid time-to-value. - Act as primary customer advocate and trusted advisor for assigned accounts. - Drive product adoption with training, playbooks, and enablement. - Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Engineering for resolutions. - Collaborate with Product Management to relay customer feedback and shape roadmap. - Run beta programs and manage AI product launches and pilots. - Create account health dashboards and executive summaries. - Maintain strong executive relationships and understand customer strategy. - Use analytics to monitor usage and recommend ROI improvements. - Provide technical guidance on integrations (APIs, webhooks, CRM connectors). - Define and track KPIs (NPS, CSAT, churn, retention, expansion ARR).

Required Skills & Experience - 7+ years of experience in a CSM role - Development background with Python, Java, Node, etc - Experience with PowerBI, Tableau or any analytical platform - Experience with LLM models like GPT, Llama, Gemini etc. - Background in a pre software sales or product environment with an understanding of out of the box software solutions. - Understanding of how AI, chatbot, ML integrates into an enterprise level environment - Experience collaborating with Product Management teams to increase product efficiency - Experience with product launches - Cloud certification of any kind

Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Food and beverage industry background - Experience implementing internal chat boxes into enterprise level environments
