This role is responsible for: Answering and routing all incoming phone calls. Greets, directs, and assists all telephone and on-site customers. Under supervision performs clerical/administrative functions required in preparation of routine correspondence and simple reports. Maintains multiple office procedures and administrative duties as necessary. Handles incoming and outgoing mail, maintains files and record systems and any other general office duties as it relates to the department business needs. Schedules patients according to procedure. Schedule: Monday- Friday, 0800-1630. Qualifications
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: High School Diploma or GED required. 2 year's office experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Proficient in word-processing including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Work and Excel Your Connected Community
