Located on Testarossa Winery's charming historic patio surrounded by lush forest, 107 offers a unique outdoor dining experience Wednesday - Sundays and holiday Mondays. As a part-time Server, you'll provide excellent food and beverage service to each of our guests/club members within 107 Bistro & Wine Bar service areas to meet sales/club sign up goals and foster brand loyalty. Working at our historic site (Saturday & Sunday, plus one week day Wednesday - Friday), the day-to-day may include:
Delivering a remarkable experience from arrival to departure while building rapport with our guests to foster brand loyalty Elegantly delivering and sharing information on wine and food options Informing guests of promotions, upsell and entice guests to sign up for our club membership and purchase wine to go home Collaborating with the service and culinary team to maintain a positive, fun and productive environment Requirements
1+ year of serving in a restaurant, preferably in an upscale environment Winery experience preferred Wine sales experience preferred: knowledge and ability to present and sell wines/club memberships Passion for wine in your day-to-day life Proactive and positive team player that follows policies and procedures Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Availability Wednesday - Sunday preferred, with weekend and all holiday availability required. Depending on the day of the week and reservations, shifts may be 4-9:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 11am-4pm, 1-9:30pm, 3:30pm-8:30pm, etc. Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs often Ability to stand for the duration of the shift with frequent use of ramp or stairs Ability to work in all weather conditions (tent provided in winter, shade sails in summer) Repetitive motions including, lifting, pouring, and reaching
