The Ambulatory Clinic Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of administrative support functions for one or more ambulatory clinics to facilitate operational efficiency. Job responsibilities require strong interpersonal and organizational skills, knowledge of clinic operations, and provision of general clinic support through the use of technology and interprofessional collaboration. Facilitates communication among providers, clinical and access team members, and other support services following established processes. Performs various clerical duties to support clinic operations for continuity and efficiency of service including process and documentation of patient paperwork. Maintains clinic supplies and handles purchasing and maintenance transactions. Assumes responsibility for professional development of self and contributes to and assists with the professional development of others. In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent .

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Licensure: Valid Virginia Driver's License may be required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires standing

for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping, climbing (ladder, steps), reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive) and driving. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50 - 100lbs. May be exposed to fumes, vibrations, heat, dust, noise, radiation and outdoor climate.

Position Compensation Range: $16.97 - $33.94 Hourly
