Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and professional
Administrative Assistant
to support the
Early Career Talent Office
within our Technology Organization. This role goes beyond typical administrative responsibilities-you will be at the heart of programs that attract, develop, and support the next generation of technology talent. You will provide direct support to leaders, coordinate events, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless program operations. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support, including
calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking . Prepare, proof, and edit
executive-level PowerPoint presentations and professional communications
for senior leaders. Plan and coordinate
recruiting events, onboarding sessions, and internal meetings -including logistics, catering, lodging, and transportation. Partner with HR to support
campus recruiting events, compliance, and onboarding activities . Manage departmental
SharePoint, documentation, social media content, and communication channels . Interface with vendors to obtain proposals, negotiate services, and coordinate program logistics. Track volunteer participation, meeting minutes, and action items to support program delivery. Develop surveys, compile feedback, and report on
program KPIs and performance metrics . Provide general office support, including fielding calls, document handling, and maintaining supplies. Handle
confidential intern and program data
with the highest level of discretion. Qualifications
Education & Experience: High School Diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred. 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting managers, directors, or executives. Experience in a
fast-paced, dynamic office environment
required. Event planning, vendor coordination, and HR/recruiting support experience highly desirable. Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote) . Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive presentations. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively across all levels-interns, peers, executives, and external partners. Attributes:
