Job Quick Facts: Specialty: Radiation Oncology Job Type: Locum-to-Permanent Facility Location: Dubuque, IA Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinical only Shift Schedule: 8a-430p (30-min lunch) - Full-time; 4 weeks per month; 8 hrs per day Patient Volume: - OP: 20-25 on treatment w/ weekly treatment visits, follow-ups & consults. - IP: 0-1 (rounding) Patient Demographics: Adults Physician in Practice: 1 (Not a Rad Onc) Required Procedures: - Conventional & 3D Radiotherapy - External Beam Radiation: IMRT, IGRT & 3D-CRT - Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) - Stereotactic Radiosurgery - Photon Beam Radiation Therapy - Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Trauma Level: II EMR: Aria Other Info: All physicians submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying they are looking for a permanent position. Temporary Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active IA License or IMLC BC COVID vaccination proof Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing.
