Direct 1:1 patient care is the primary model. - Team Composition: 10 anesthesiologists and 4 CRNAs across 2 hospitals. - Call Schedule: - Shared equally among anesthesiologists. - Approximately one 24-hour first-call and one 24-hour second-call per week. - Calls are 24-hour shifts with second-call providers typically released by 1 PM the following day. - Calls can be taken from home, provided a 15-minute response time is feasible.
