Anesthesiology - Central Pennsylvania Practice from one, 260-bed acute care center BC/BE required 12 total OR s and an off-site Surgery Center with 4 OR s. 1 OB Suite 4 Endo/GI Suites 11 FT Anesthesiologists and 20+ CRNA s Call is approx. every 6 -7 days (Mix of first call and back up call) CRNA Medical Direction Model Major Service lines include: General, GU, OB, Spine, ENT, GYN, Plastic, Ortho, Vascular Low Peds volume No Open-Heart Surgery and No Heads EMR: Meditech Compensation Package: W2: $510-540k + benefits and a $20k annual quality bonus PTO: 9 weeks CME: 1 week CME allowance $3,500 annually Sign-on bonus: $40k over 3 years
