Director of School Engagement and Success Location: Remote - Connecticut (Regional Travel up to 50-75%)

Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Base Salary + Commission Model Overview The Director of School Engagement and Success will lead, plan, and execute the organization’s Enrollment and In-District Services growth strategy, and will work with partners including state agencies and school districts. This role will act as the main point of contact between strategic partners and the organization. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Planning – Develop and execute territory plans that expand new business, renewal, and expansion opportunities across multiple states. Build and maintain a strong In-District Services pipeline to achieve annual enrollment targets, while creating processes to track referral activity and outreach results. Partnership Development – Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with school districts, schools, state agencies, and community organizations. Educate partners on the organization’s solutions and services, and build strong support for our mission through collaborative engagement. Business Development Execution – Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, deliver tailored sales presentations that address district needs, and drive the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Recommend and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Data & Reporting – Provide leadership with detailed reporting on outreach efforts, pipeline progress, and territory performance. Offer data-driven insights that inform strategic adjustments and ensure alignment with fiscal and mission-based goals. Representation & Leadership – Serve as a visible ambassador at networking, community, and industry events. Model excellence in relationship management, communication, and organizational leadership, bringing an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to engaging diverse stakeholders and advancing our mission. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, education, or a related field. Background in school leadership or past educational sales experience. Past success working with communities and strategic partners, with the ability to cultivate existing relationships. Ability and willingness to travel 50-75% to engage with partners and participate in events. Preferred Qualifications

Master\'s Degree in business administration or education. Familiarity with K-12 education, education policy, higher education, and public funding structures.
