A K-12 school located in West Chester, PA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contracted position spanning the upcoming school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations to determine student needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with state and federal guidelines. Provide direct speech therapy services through both individual and group sessions. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress. Actively participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing educational planning. Maintain detailed and timely documentation regarding therapy services and student advancement. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Valid Pennsylvania SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs); Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. PDE Certification as an Educational Specialist or willingness to obtain certification. Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and time management are essential.
