Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized physical therapy treatments and interventions in accordance with student-specific plans. Document therapy sessions accurately and maintain compliance with school and healthcare regulations. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive support strategies. Qualifications and Experience: Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Experience working in healthcare or school-based physical therapy settings. Strong understanding of child development and physical therapy techniques suitable for elementary-aged students. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
