What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the technical expert in supporting ITOM by configuring the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Mapping, and Discovery capabilities - Lead customer design workshops focused on the ServiceNow Platform and ITOM Solution technology - Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow ITOM Solution's standard capabilities to enhance their ITOM processes - Develop required integration and portal components, ensuring quality deliverables - Provide training and mentoring to team members and oversee technical aspects of project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications): - Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, along with relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations - Minimum of 3 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals - Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in ITOM, providing thought leadership to stakeholders - Experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SaaS technologies - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with leading ITOM practices and related systems, such as CMDB and event management - Proven team player with strong team-building abilities - Knowledge of middleware, LDAP, and SSO technologies
