We are looking for a talented, passionate and creative Product Engineering Technical Program Manager to support the pre-production rollout of new products within the FPGA BU. This cross-functional role involves interaction with Test Engineering, Package Engineering, Yield Enhancement, Engineering Planners, Qualification Engineers, Quality, Marketing, and Operations. Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate early builds for engineering in support of validation Manage inventory and coordinate Early Sample (ES) and pre-production (PP) builds in support of family rollout, stocking plans, and pre-production forecast Monitor package test yields through statistical analysis Work on enhancements to meet test goal targets Manage production holds to enable customer shipments and revenue Develop scripts to monitor yields, track builds and identify bottlenecks; report status to rollout team Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of industry-related experience in electrical engineering or computer science Master’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of industry-related experience in electrical engineering or computer science Minimum 1 year in product engineering, product planning or program management Hands-on experience with data management tools and languages like KLA and JMP Knowledge of solid-state physics and microelectronics Scripting skills in TCL, PERL, Python, C, C++, and Visual Basic Team player; excellent communication; result driven; methodical and organized Travel Time: 0% - 25% Physical Attributes: Feeling, Handling, Hearing, Seeing, Talking, Works Around Others Physical Requirements: 70% Sitting, 15% Walking, 15% Standing; Usual Business Hours Pay and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $70,000 - $163,000. This range is dependent on location, skills, and experience. We offer a total compensation package that includes base pay, restricted stock units, quarterly bonus payments, health benefits from day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry-leading ESPP with a 2-year look-back feature.
