A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a skilled Clinical Psychologist specializing in school settings. This role is based in Claude, TX, serving a high school environment. The position calls for a professional with expertise in supporting adolescent students through psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation within an educational system.
Key Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Psychologist or School Psychologist credential with eligibility to practice in Texas
Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and providing counseling or crisis intervention
Strong knowledge of adolescent developmental psychology and evidence-based intervention strategies
Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student well-being
Excellent communication and documentation skills critical for reporting and compliance
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families
Assist in crisis response and manage behavioral assessments as needed
Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
