Seasonal Cashier . Our Seasonal Cashiers are the heart of our customers’ experience. They are enthusiastic brand ambassadors who help create a fun, engaging in-store experience and keep customers coming back. Leadership and mentoring support from Assistant Store Managers and Team Leaders help keep spirits high and the work environment engaging. The role focuses on processing customer orders quickly, accurately, and professionally, answering questions, and keeping the cashwrap neat and welcoming. They help with dream-p Monica-style gift ideas or product selection to enhance the in-store experience. We’d love to talk to you about a seasonal position with Crate and Barrel as a fun and flexible holiday opportunity. A day in the life as a Seasonal Cashier… Responsibilities
Drive sales by quickly, efficiently and accurately processing customer orders through the POS system Greet and communicate with customers, respond to questions, process payments, and involve higher-level management as appropriate in a calm, professional manner Promote applicable promotions, offers, loyalty programs, and other initiatives Provide excellent customer service Wrap and/or bag customers’ orders with care Support store management in maintaining accountability for store profitability and operational excellence Assist with stocking products and displays on the sales floor Engage in, maintain and support store safety standards and training Maintain awareness of loss prevention and safety guidelines as outlined by management or the Associate Policy Guide Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to engage customers and associates What You’ll Bring To The Table
Customer service or retail experience preferred Good reading, written and verbal English skills Good communication skills Basic math skills Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving and the days surrounding Christmas Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Fri–Sun) and at least one weekday or night Minimum Starting Rate:
$18.00 Hourly
Up to:
$22.50 Hourly. Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to salary, based on role, associates may be eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives. Employment type
