Exchange Officer

Bank Iowa invites applications for the position of Exchange Officer. This role is pivotal in managing exchanges involving diversified portfolios including foreign currencies, equities, and other financial instruments. The Exchange Officer will uphold Bank Iowa's commitment to personalized and community-focused financial solutions by facilitating efficient, secure transaction services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients across Iowa. Execute day-to-day management of currency exchange and money market operations. Analyze market trends to provide real-time insights to clients and help them make informed investment decisions. Coordinate with the international banking division to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for foreign transactions. Develop risk management strategies to minimize potential losses due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure all client inquiries regarding exchanges are resolved promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all transactions and prepare monthly reports on exchange activities. Participate in the development of new financial products and services based on market needs and company goals.
