Warehouse Associate

Location: Mira Loma, CA / Chino

Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm / 2:30pm-11pm OT as needed

Schedules: Tues-Sat / Mon-Fri / Part-Time Openings

Pay rate: $17.50-18Hr

Job Description

• Receive inventory, organize and store in appropriate location.
• Consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain an acceptable level of productivity
• Receive daily work assignments from supervision and / or lead
• Verify shipping documents, shipping labels, and purchase orders
• Accurately match freight / product with work instructions, orders and shipping documents
• Understand and decipher shipping and receiving documentation (i.e. manufacturing dates, Julian dates, etc.)
• Build stable loads in outbound trailers which result in maximum cubing
• Scan freight and documents
• Ability to work with basic warehouse systems as required by facility (i.e. GLS)
• Responsible for maintaining clean and safe work area
• Maintain all safety rules
• Performs job related duties as specified by management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects consistently throughout your entire shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while lifting heavy materials.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to show up daily and maintain good attendance.
• Follow safety procedures.
