Capstone is recruiting for Warehouse Associate positions in Windsor, CT. The role involves a variety of warehouse responsibilities as described below.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Shifts and Compensation

• Shift options: 1st shift, Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am - 4:00 pm
• 3rd shift, Friday - Sunday, 5:00 am - 5:30 pm
• 4th shift, Sunday - Tuesday, 5:00 pm - 5:30 am
• 5th shift, Wednesday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:30 am

Potential to earn $1100+/week.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast-paced and physical
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred, but training may be provided to the right candidate
