Responsibilities
- Check trucks in and out using WMS and ensure quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling.
- Operate a forklift or LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system; monitor LGV activity in the warehouse.
- Verify outbound trailers prior to loading; prep loads for cross-country shipments and customer requirements; maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Receive inbound orders into WMS (spring water, resin, corrugated materials, film, labels, UPS/FedEx deliveries, water transfer as needed).
- Rebuild damaged pallets, process RMAs, consolidate finished goods storage, identify and report quality issues, validate new SKUs in WMS, and correct LGV alarms.
- Unload finished goods and raw materials with a forklift; maintain pallet storage areas and stage pallets for LGVs.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and sales to ensure timely, accurate service to customers; test and monitor resin and spring water; inspect trailers for preload activities; communicate loading instructions to forklift drivers.
- Maintain records and reports required for daily shipping and inventory control; participate in process improvement and cost reduction efforts; keep the warehouse orderly and safe; maintain regular attendance.
- Support internal and external communications to ensure on-time loading of trucks and troubleshoot issues; coordinate with transportation and scheduling to maintain flow of shipments.

Compensation
Pay rate type: Hourly
$19.53 - $26.36 / hour
