Responsibilities

• Provide warehouse support including shipping, receiving, delivery, and warehouse fulfillment.
• Interact with internal staff and customers; maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Receive packages, manage domestic and international shipping, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail for products entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Packing, unpacking, stocking products on shelving, and organizing/showroom areas; maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean AZ driver's license, warehouse operations experience, lift up to 35 pounds, operate forklifts, and use computer systems; comfortable working with the public.
• Perform varied daily tasks, take direction well, and collaborate with others.
• Adhere to safety and attendance policies.

Duties:

• Ability to load and unload liftgate trucks
• Ability to lift, pull, carry products in excess of 50 lbs
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklift and all other warehouse equipment
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers in a professional and respectful manner
• Know and follow company policies and procedures regarding documentation of deliveries
• Follow maintenance schedule for all trucks and maintain clean trucks
• Receive incoming products, per company policies, and relocate to proper placement in warehouse per company procedures
• Locate and pull from warehouse shelves, properly package, and ship orders per instruction
• Perform warehouse duties
• Adhere to company safety and attendance policies
