Overview

Be among the first applicants for an Executive & Operations Assistant to support my businesses: Approach HR, The VA Solution, and The Approach Boutique. This is a local, hybrid role in the Twin Cities (remote flexibility, but must be available for in-person support, errands, and events).

Must Have Software Skills

  • AI Experience
  • QuickBooks (advanced)
  • Bill.com (invoicing and payments)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Squarespace & Showit (website updates and management)

What You Will Do

  • Manage calendars, inboxes, and travel logistics
  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Support HR tasks (job postings, compliance updates, onboarding documents)
  • Assist with client projects, proposals, and follow ups
  • Onboard new clients and contractors, ensuring a smooth, professional start
  • Oversee event planning, gift sourcing, and special initiatives
  • Maintain systems, vendors, and online platforms
  • Provide personal assistance: errands

You Are

  • Experienced in the platforms listed above
  • Skilled in HR processes and people-focused tasks, including onboarding
  • Flexible, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional yet personable in communication
  • Local to the Twin Cities metro and able to support both virtually and in person
