The Job

As a Pool Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for a fabulous day in the sun! Your dynamic role will blend clerical finesse and administrative expertise as you ensure seamless operations while upholding our high guest service standards.

The Starting Rate

$14.00 per hourly

The Day-to-Day

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
• Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
• Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
• Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs
• Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
• Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues

The Ideal Candidate

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience
