Citizens Bank Guyana Inc is hiring: Marketing Manager in Washington

We are looking for an experienced, talented, driven and strategic individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our Bank.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the Bank’s Marketing initiatives.
• Conceptualising and planning communication and content reflecting the brand style and corporate values.
• Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
• Research and analyse market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to direct marketing strategy and planning.
• Corporate communications and public relations management across all media communications platforms and special events.
• Collaboration with different teams to find optimal marketing solutions.
• Mentor and develop a team of Marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management or a related field from a recognized University is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a similar role. Previous experience in a banking and/or financial institution would be an asset.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong track record of past performance and Business Development.
• Good understanding of marketing, social media marketing and data analytics.
• Leadership experience, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
