Description: The applicant will be involved in wiring buildings from the rough-in to finish phase. Responsibilities include installing and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment; as well as installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. A combination of new construction and remodel is common, with mostly industrial and commercial work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Run and bend pipe
• Pull wire
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand and power tools
• Experience with controls and programming is a huge plus
• Perform electrical and mechanical inspection and maintenance on equipment to ensure peak performance
• Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of electrical experience
• Ability to bend conduit, run wire, and work independently
• A good understanding of how to read blueprints
• Competence with hand tools associated with the craft
• Physically able to lift and carry 100 pounds
• Valid driver's license
