Our engineering and product innovation help keep soldiers and firefighters safe, is critical in building and keeping communities clean and helps people do their jobs every day.**As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create compelling visual graphic and motion assets that bring the Oshkosh brand to life across digital and print platforms. This role will support enterprise-wide marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent and engaging creative that connects with internal and external audiences. From concept to execution, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design materials that inform, inspire and strengthen brand presence — helping Oshkosh visually tell its story with impact. **YOUR IMPACT***These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:** Design and produce creative assets for digital platforms, print collateral, presentations, events and internal communications.* Ensure all creative outputs align with Oshkosh’s brand identity, visual guidelines and tone.* Collaborate with marketing, communications and business partners to translate strategic goals into clear and engaging visual solutions.* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Create graphics for web, print, email, social media and paid media campaigns.* Assist in maintaining and evolving brand templates, ensuring easy use and adoption across the enterprise.* Contribute to the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries, ensuring accessibility and version control.* Provide creative support for internal events, leadership presentations, community engagement initiatives and cross-functional teams.* Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to projects.* Partner with vendors, agencies and printers as needed to manage production and deliver high-quality materials.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** **Bachelor’s degree** in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field and **two (2)** or more years of relevant experience (equivalent to **eight (8)** years total in education and experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role*.***STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS*** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and Microsoft Office applications.* Strong design portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print work.* Understanding of foundational design principles (such as alignment, balance and contrast).* Ability to apply brand standards consistently while exploring creative approaches.* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.* Experience in motion graphics or interactive content development.* Familiarity with digital platforms and file requirements for web, email and social media.* Understanding of visual production processes and vendor coordination.* Strong attention to detail with an eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling.* Background in supporting enterprise-level brand management.* Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.* Passion for bringing ideas to life through visual design that resonates with diverse audiences.* Photography skills and/or experience in photo/video shoot planning, editing creative direction and support.**WORKING CONDITIONS** *The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.** This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.* Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.* Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.* Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.* Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.**Pay Range:**$56,600.00 - $88,400.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
