Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Barista / Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in preparing and serving beverages, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista and/or Bartender
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink recipes
• Familiarity with alcoholic beverage preparation and service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately
• Create and serve alcoholic beverages while complying with all legal requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Upsell menu items and promotions
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
