Pay: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour. Perks include most holidays paid off, shift meal, parking, 401k, and medical/dental/vision benefits. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items.
• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS; accepts cash and card payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of the service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure customer satisfaction; relays concerns to supervisors.
• Delivers quick, efficient service and helps prevent delays in lines.
• Explains daily menu items accurately and assists customers in decision-making.
• Merchandises display foods attractively per standards and serves foods neatly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous barista experience (preferred).
• Valid Food Handler's card (preferred).
