Business analysis and critical thinking play crucial roles for decision making; to strengthen this business we need a Business Analyst in Systems & Solutions (South Asia & Middle East).
Mission:
As a Finance Manager, the mission is to deliver data-driven insights, optimize processes, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation. Through comprehensive analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement, you will support informed decision-making and contribute to the sustained growth and success of the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- On time and accurate reporting of Sales, Income Statement and Balance Sheet and other reports in Group Reporting system as well as system & solution Power BI.
- Analysis of product profitability and explanation of deviations in an actionable way.
- Full comprehensive control of all lines of the Income Statement and ability to analyze and explain movements.
- Analysis of all variances, present clear explanations, and propose corrective actions.
- Reconcile and prepare bridges between different periods for different scorecards and KPIs.
- Explain the story behind the numbers to a non-financial audience. Develop Powerbase dashboards using the data warehouse to present better and actionable analysis to management.
- Deal with Statutory and Internal Audits and address their queries satisfactorily.
- Regularly update the CPI Sector Profitability database.
- Regular monitoring and recording of POC transactions as per group/division guidelines.
- Regular review and maintenance of Activity rates in SAP.
- Maintenance of trade payables and timely payment to suppliers.
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financial Plans by consolidating inputs from Sales, Marketing, Production and Customer centres.
- Review Inventory provisions regularly and ensure provision aligns with established guidance.
- Actively review costs and challenge colleagues about their justification; trigger cost reduction ideas and build cost awareness within the organization.
- Set up a proper control process to ensure that APP runs are properly updated by Master Data Stewards.
- Use reporting tools (SAP BW/GPS, Powerbase) effectively to gain efficiencies.
- Prepare/develop crisp reports for management to explain the company/division performance, including Systems & Solutions performance.
- Maintain complete financial transparency within CEP Business Line & cash flow.

Education & Experience requirements
CHARtered ACCOUNTANT OR COST ACCOUNTANT
You should have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role.
