Job Overview

ProSidian Seeks an Entry Level Call Center Agent for Program Support on a Contingent contracted basis. Location: CONUS - Charlotte, NC; Region: Mid Atlantic, supporting Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Entry Level Call Center Agent — Answer inbound calls and resolve issues.
• Document call details and outcomes.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Desired Qualifications: Customer service or call center experience preferred.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Skills Required

• Communication, listening, problem-solving.

Competencies Required

• Patience, empathy, adaptability.
