Call Center Representative (Onsite) — Pay: increase to $16.05 an hour, plus $1.25 an hour shifts differential incentive for 5 pm and later, for a total of up to $17.30 per hour.

What you will be doing

• Respond to tolling and/or administration-related customer inquiries using training and available resources (people, customer records, knowledge management systems).
• Identify customer needs to provide complete and accurate information.
• Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications.
• Submit research requests concisely and accurately.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology.
• Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner.
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is shared only with authorized individuals.
• Provide support to other positions/operations during heavy workloads or absences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must pass Customer care assessment
